Dental professionals you can trust
Be aware of Teeth Whitening Kits being sold in Edinburgh from non dental professionals such as beauty salons and websites such as Groupon and Wowcher. They are not permitted to use Peroxide based whitening gels and you will not receive custom made teeth whitening mouth trays designed for your smile hence why most of their customers receive only average or no results at all.
While the effects are by no means permanent (ageing and food factors will create new stains), you can rest easy knowing you have not spent a fortune with any of our teeth whitening systems and we also stock top-up gels for you to maintain your white smile.
To find out more about any of our whitening systems then please call us on 0131 629 1120 or click HERE to receive a call back by submitting your contact details to us.

How long will it take to whiten my teeth?
We have three teeth whitening methods available here at Vitality. We have a take home kit, where you whiten your teeth at home, every night for approx.. 2 weeks. We also have Zoom! Whitening which whitens your teeth in 1 hour in the dentist’s chair, along with Enlighten, which is a combination of both methods, but guarantees to whiten your teeth to shade B1, which is the whitest shade your teeth can go naturally.
Will I experience any pain or sensitivity?
You may experience some sensitivity, but this can be easily remedied with sensitive toothpaste or gel.
How long will the whitening effects last?
The effects of whitening depend on certain factors, such as diet and smoking etc. If care is taken to maintain the results, then you can expect to have white teeth for a number of years. There is also the option to top up and give your teeth a little boost.
I’ve heard that teeth whitening can destroy my enamel. Is this true?
No is the simple answer. Teeth Whitening contains an active ingredient, Peroxide. This acts as a cleaner which cleans by reacting to oxygen and cleaning the pores of your teeth.
